They were great. Cost wasn’t astronomical like some other places quoted me for a basement and they were able to come out within a few days without judgement of the situation. I needed a prompt and thorough biohazard cleanup and Bio-one came through for me. They came out the same day I called and the price was very fair. Javon kept in touch with me so I knew when he was coming. He was on time and courteous — and careful not to let out the cat accidentally! The cleanup was amazing; no trace there had even been a problem. I highly recommend their services.
