Leo was very professional and helpful with all my questions in needing to clean a family members condo unit after a hoarding situation. Leo and I spoke over the phone mulitple times and he clearly laid out what his services provided would cover. With requiring a bio-hazard cleaning I was very thankful and satisfied with the scope and completion of work. Give Leo and his crew an opportunity as I did and write your own 5 star review.

Leo from Bio-One Towson responded quickly to my situation. I received a reasonable estimate for a very difficult hazmat and hoarding job. His crew did a fabulous cleanup in only 4 days. I was amazed at the quality of work. Leo was very attentive to me and my concerns about the difficulty of the job. He and his crew went above and beyond to complete the job with my 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend Bio-One of Towson!

I needed a prompt and thorough biohazard cleanup and Bio-one came through for me. They came out the same day I called and the price was very fair. Javon kept in touch with me so I knew when he was coming. He was on time and courteous — and careful not to let out the cat accidentally! The cleanup was amazing; no trace there had even been a problem. I highly recommend their services.

Leo was so easy to work with, gave an affordable estimate for the clean up job needed at my grandmother’s condo, and had two gentlemen doing the work a few days later. They were prompt, communicative, and kind. I could not believe how quickly they were able to get everything done! They even got spots out of the carpet that were not guaranteed to come out and that I was doubtful about.

I applaud their thoroughness and professional work. Thanks for the great service and please keep up the good work!
